Verdaderamente existe vitamina b12 apta para veganos? He leído q hay de origen “bacteriano” pero, qué significa realmente?

soy ovolactovegetariana y tomo Vitamina B12 SOLGAR. 1000 μg (Cianocobalamina) Comprimidos masticables. en la prescripción del envase dice que hay que tomar un comprimido al día, pero he leído en foros que se recomienda 2000 por semana.. que debo hacer?

Estoy intentando dejar el consumo de carne y pescado y, de hecho, lo hago de manera muy esporádica (a lo mejor dos veces al mes). Consumo lácteos y huevos. Aún así, estoy preocupada por el tema de la vitamina b12, pues no sé si debería tomar suplementos o si es mejor que lo haga cuando deje la carne del todo (no sé si un exceso de b12 puede ser contraproducente).

Hola, con una dieta a base de plantas desde unos 2 meses y pico me preocupa el tema del EPA-DHA y por eso me obligo a tomar un poco de pescado un par de veces a la semana pero me gustaría más no tomarlo, qué opináis sobre este tema y qué me aconsejais?
